Are the qualifications for this office always a non-issue with you, or just for this liberal? Why is he above the law?

Qualifications would be an issue, if there was a valid issue with this.

Turns out, he met all the qualifications when he got vetted.

Only idiots continue with this line of thought.

and we've been over this before. our election process is the vetting process. our founding fathers put that responsibility in the hands of the voters and competing candidates. this has been the way for every president to date.

i'm curious claud, you are obviously distrustful of government. so who would you recommend being in charge of vetting ( and ultimately telling us who we can and can't vote for )? the fbi ? cia ? judicial branch ? who ?

No, the election process is NOT the vetting process.

Congress had a discussion about McCain being eligible for office, or not. This was because of him being born to an active-duty father that could not help but be stationed in the Panama region. THAT was a vetting of the official kind.

They did not have the same type of discussion on the Communist president. Period...end of story, on this one.

actually the non-binding resolution was passed without any discussion. the question about mccain was the fact that the year of his birth canal zone babies were specifically considered by congress "US nationals" and not "US citizens". this decision was changed the year after mccain's birth and made retroactive.

Clearly, BO was never "vetted."
The candidate with the most peculiarities and need to be, was not.

So are you calling the great Republican icon of all that is right with the free-market, otherwise known as Donald Trump, a nutjob??? Glen Beck, are you saying he is full of it?

C'mon...we know Obama is really a Kenyan-born muslin...The Donald has all the evidence buried away in one of his safe's. Being the great right-wing capitalist he is, he just has to wait for his latest bankruptcy hearing to go away then he can bless us with the proof he has of how Obama was really born in Kenya, and along with the Newt, he will show us how...ON TOP OF BEING A FOREIGN-BORN MUSLIN...Obama is a Kenyan colonial Socialist/Communist/Nazi/Facist.

as i stated before, obama was vetted the exact same way as every other president and presidential candidate before him with the unique exception of mccain.

the only evidence attached to the mccain resolution was the tribe/olson memo which proclaimed both mccain and obama natural born citizens.
