i seem to remember the hawaiian AG's office making a statement about how much time and/or money they've spent just on orly taitz alone. don't have time to search for it know but...... if you've got the motivation that might be an avenue you could try.

Couldn't find much about the cost, but I did find this list on Wiki of all the failed lawsuits that have been filed. What a litany of perverse stupidity.
