Out of work and without a high school diploma? If you’re collecting unemployment insurance, you may soon be out of luck.

They can enroll in an adult education program with the goal of getting a GED. That's the whole point of this - it will make them more employable.

They're employers pay for their unemployment insurance just like they do for everyone else. They are discriminating against the least of us (economically, that is), and they know it. This idea was DOA before the Republicans ever conceived of it.
