Sorry you don't understand. When someone uses numbers as in "a few billions", that is a claim that can either supported with data of it is just a fabrication pulled out of the air.

It was not a juvenile insult. The surefire way to make money is to buy land and sit on it. And so am I.
The lack of savings accounts is not the problem w/ the middle class. It's the lack of income and dwindling size of the middle class. Saving or consumption are the same side of the same coin. Whether I save $1000 over 10 paychecks or spend $100 out of each paycheck doesn't change or explain anything.
Over the last 40 years, the middle class has seen their wages stagnate (or drop if they're in an "unlucky" industry) while costs for gas, insurance, school, debts, savings, etc climb. We've gone from a society where a single income middle-class family could earn enough to provide for the basics, enjoy some luxuries, pay for a good school, and build up their own wealth. Good luck trying that now if you're not in that top bracket.
Hard to save when you gotta have the next new fancy gadget or a 400 a month lease payment on a car and your making 50K a year along with your 2K dollar mortgage payment for the house you couldn't afford.

Again, saving is irrelevant to the plight of the middle class. It doesn't make the middle-class stronger, it doesn't make the economy stronger. It's a red herring. You can be on minimum wage and "save" money. That doesn't change the fact that min wage in real $ is 40% less than it was 40 years ago.
As I've said before, the current Middle Class has to be the most stupid Middle Class to have ever existed in the Universe, including parallel and alternate universes which theoretically may or may not exist.
