Obama shreds the constitution for his own agenda once again. Is anyone really surprised?

Every president has made recess appointments, including George Washington. Where are your screams about them being unconstitutional?

Bush appointed William Pryor, Charles Pickering, John Bolton, Sam Fox, Susan Dudley, and Andrew G. Biggs....where are your screams about Bush acting in a unconstitutional manner? Not a peep then, and not a peep now.

Oh yeah, because Obama was the only black one out of all of them. People already get the hatred, this is old news.

One cannot have too many threads about this topic!

Anyway, the title is incorrect: if the Senate was truly 'in recess', then the appointments were consitutional.

The title should be: Obama's non-recess appointments are uncontitutional.

Yes, a 30 second pro-forma session earlier in the day is "in session."

Those straws you are grasping at are mighty thin.

Other presidents did it while congress was in recess which made it legal. The race card.....is that all you've got to defend the worst POTUS of all time? That's rhetorical BTW.

Sam Fox, Andrew G. Biggs, and Susan Dudley were appointed on April 4, 2007.

Pryor was appointed February 20, 2004.

Pickering was appointed on January 16, 2004

John Bolton was appointed August 1st, 2005...during the summer recess.

One person was appointed during the summer recess. Let me give you a hint, if you want to lie then make sure the truth isn't in the link provided.

When the rules changed based on who did it, then yes hatred is behind it.

So if you don't like some one, then it is okay to change the rules and distort facts in order to get your way?

That doesn't seem just, and seems like what a person with very little integrity would do.

If you believe all those things, do two wrongs really make a right now?
