I so agree with you, knowing mentally challenged adults, and also children. I can tell you this, the way they act and see things is much differently then how you or I would see the same situation.
Depending on the severity of the handicap, if not on medication, and they should be makes a matter that much bigger.

So many mentally challenged and severe mentall ill people, ought to be on medication, which i am sure filihok; knows the situation, when they do not.

So many will say that she is wrong, and so many will see it that the police are wrong. Two wrongs do not make a right. But to many of our mentally ill population, are not getting the help that they need.

using your cell phone to photo a violent occurance should not be a crime.
i am far more concerned about this new law than any TSA behavior.
we arrest people for cell phone use and they are not driving.
