LEO or not, no man should lift anything of any sort to hurt a woman without any good reason ie if a man had to defend his life because a woman was pointing a gun at him, other than that, anything less, your deemed a *****, this leo i would put in that category, is all.

It looked to me like she spit on him.

I'm betting there's more to this story.

There is also video on Huffpo.....I did not see that she spit, but none the less she is mentally challenged and that is way they react to fear and/or aggression.

No matter WHAT this jerk had no right to do what he did....his career is short lived.

Green claims the deputies then tried to intimidate him when he refused to hand over his cell phone.
"He comes to me and says you can be under arrest if you don't give me that video," Green said.
Green said the deputy then asked if he had any warrants.
"I said no, I'm a veteran, I just came back, I have six years, I have no record, and he said 'We'll see about that.'"

Don't ever offer up info to the police or admit anything. No reason to run a check on the one filming.
You have to fight for your freedoms everyday.

Who says this is the way mentally challenged people react to fear/aggression?

No matter WHAT this jerk had no right to do what he did....his career is short lived.
Well, we didn't see the beginning of the confrontation.

With her heft and aggressiveness and yes, I think she spit on the cop, the reaction from the police is not surprising.

I work in the field and 'mentally challenged' react to hear/aggression in a variety of ways since they are individuals.

About the video...wow, yeah. That didn't seem necessary

Yep, more to the story:

The woman had four prior convictions for assaulting police officers and a 9/11 call from the bus stop reported she was trying to pick a fight with passengers waiting for the bus, claiming she's just gotten out of prison and would whip them all.

She was also a regular in the area, which means those cops might have dealt with her before.
