Deflection. Is this a form of corporate welfare that the Dems are so against ?

They do not plan to PAY them anything.

If you oppose the idea of bringing jobs back to US, just say so.

If you oppose tax cuts/breaks, just say so.
I oppose corporate welfare whether it be tax cuts or handing them money..it's still corporate welfare.

And I stand by my principal whether the government is bailing out banks or "creating jobs" unlike some here who, on other threads, want to tax the hell out of the rich. That is hypocritical.

And FWIW the jobs started coming back in 2010 due to higher labor costs and transportation costs. It was happening on its own but now Obama can take credit for it eh ?

In many cases (depends on the companies), such information is protected. In other cases, it is not. Out of 24 (out of 27) jobs that were moved to India from my organization in 2003-2005, there were three jobs that couldn't be (and the only reason I was safe... as legal requirements got in the way to my job being replaced with someone in India).

Next, you'd be demanding that government do something about salaries.
Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Just wait to see the long term effects. Instant gratification is not always good.

What are the long terms effects of promoting job growth in the USA? Good, or bad? What are the long term effects of tax breaks without accountability?

Would they be pushing for it if they were against it?

OK, so you oppose tax cuts, and you oppose using tax incentives to bring jobs back to US.

Thanks for answering.

Well, now we know the REAL REASON why you don't like to see jobs come back. It might make Obama look good. LOL

My company has sent thousands of jobs to India, so to me this is the best news for a very long time.

Can you answer my questions:

1. Do you oppose the push to bring jobs back to US
2. Do you oppose tax cuts/breaks
Again you didn't answer my question.

The Obama administration is not pushing anything. They are now taking credit for something that started happening in 2010.

Yes I oppose tax cuts/breaks because this country cannot afford it right now.
Every quarter you hear about the "record profits" from companies.
When was the last time the USG had even a small surplus of money ?

Unlike the Dems who cherry pick which pieces of corporate welfare they support.
