OP, you come off as being very racist with this post. Its no wonder why you are a neocon.
I don't know any "angry black women." Neither have I lived near one or stood next to one in the checkout line.

I have, however, encountered a number of racists - both in real life and here on City Data. The stereotype is real.

Probably comes from that book and the author's experience out of the camera situations.

No one really has a temper tantrum in public in front of the press.

I thought she said in the interview that her husband called her one?

See I've noticed that women who make it a point to refer to themselves as "strong" are often angry b*tches trying to project masculine power.

Women who do not refer to themselves as "strong", are usually the real "strong women."

It is funny how that works. But, yeah, Michelle Obama does come off as angry.

How's about you forget the color of her skin and comment on the content of the post.
How can anyone forget the color of her skin when the very title of the thread is:

"Michele Obama Weary Of Being Portrayed As An Angry Black Woman"?

It would seem that her blackness is central to the OP's problem with her. I don't see him posting about angry white women.

Her "public display" clearly is of a woman who puts on a facade. It's easy to read her just by looking at her. All smiles in the public (strained manufactured smiles many times), but not hard at all picturing her being the person the book in the OP claims she is. Not hard at all.

I've seen posts on Hillary. Would you classify her as an "angry White woman" ? And no one pulled a "race card" with her ..why not ?

Um, Angry Black Woman is not something I manufactured. You should look it up. The term has been around forever.
