You must remember that the (R) behind their names makes their spending all completely A-OK...its like a bullet-proof vest. One can do no wrong with that magic (R) behind their name.
Generally tours conducted by legislators who are are considered lefties have evoked major protest as wasteful and foolish expeditures as we try to pare down waste.
However, when the trips are conducted by right handed hitters, they usually evoke minor notice, and declared taking advantage of business opportunity.
Lets appoint a non partisan committed dubbed as taxpayer overview committee on political junkets----they will decide if a potential vacation----oops junket----looks to be wasteful or inappropiate. Let legislators eager to travel----oops conduct viable business trips for the country----be held accountable by a review committee prior to wasting taxpayer money on their outings.
