not only does this ruling refer to voting as a constitutional right, it also lays out the fact that putting an undue burden on people to exercise that right is unconstitutional
Reped ya, good citation.

on the flipside we have a constitutional amendment that labels voting as a right, we have several laws protecting it from infringement, and we have several supreme court rulings barring discrimination or undue burdens for exercising the right to vote.

State ID laws for voting are unconstitutional.
Nope.

See Crawford v. Marion County Election Board.

No doubt it is illegal to "put an undue burden" on us for simply exercising any and all of our constitutional rights. Of course that would not apply just to voting.

No, I will not jump through hoops. I am going to continue to live and do what I legally and rightly do, and confront any attempts at tyranny as they occur.

We the People....shall not continue to bow or "bend over" for TSA or any arm of the govt.

They'll see....

Requiring ID isn't an "undue burden" and it's not a poll tax as long as it's free.

Is voter registration being required also an undue burden in your mind?

I had to show photo ID when I moved and registered in the new county. Seems the pro voter fraud crowd overlooks that ID is required for SS, Medicaid, and healthcare too.

No. There is no reason to register guns. That is a useless waste of taxpayer dollars and an abuse of government power.

I will never own a registered gun.

You missed this part of the ruling:

"Rather, the issue here is whether the State of Virginia may constitutionally confront the federal voter with a requirement that he either pay the customary poll taxes as required for state elections or file a certificate of residence. We conclude that this requirement constitutes an abridgment of the right to vote in federal elections in contravention of the Twenty-fourth Amendment."

asking anyone to pay a poll tax OR asking them to file a residency certificate... contravenes the 24th amendment.
