A while back I had a thread about our present administration not letting up on their attempt to control gun ownership and sales "under the radar". Here is an example of them doing it right out in the open. I don't know what this judge's politics were before she was appointed but I bet I can guess.

great news!
Anyone who is against such a reasonable law is a fool. Really? You have a problem that a gun store is supposed to report a person who is buying multiple high powered rifles? REALLY?

As an anti-gun person I doubt that you managed to see that this rule applies in only 4 states and all four of them border on Mexico. It appears to me that the AG has some support in trying to keep Fast and Furious from happening again but then you may not see this the same way. I am sure you don't think that Fast and Furious is a real black spot on our administration.
I am just wondering if you know that in all states not bordering on Mexico this ruling doesn't apply. That seems silly to me since going a couple of hundred miles farther north you can still buy the firearms in normal quantities. Don't you think that singling out only the dealers in those 4 states and forcing them to register their sales is not at all fair or Constitutional. I guess that piece of paper is really in the way of our administration and that judge.

It's none of your gotdamn business how many "high powered rifles" I want to buy as a law abiding citizen.
Isn't the rally cry of the leftist perverts to stay out of their bedroom.
Well stay out of my gun cabinet!

I hope this law is applied to all states, but 4 is a good start.
For the record I am not exactly "anti gun".
I would not at all support relinquishing my right to bear arms, even if I myself am not using it. Americans should have the ability to arm themselves. Restricting people on buying multiple high powered rifles though is common sense. People should be allowed to defend themselves... not wage war against each other.

The worst part of this attempt to control ownership and sales is that they singled out 4 states. That leaves only 46 states to take over a little bit at a time and progs here won't ever notice that. Well they will say they didn't.

"We have tough gun laws in Massachusetts. I support them. They keep us safe."
- French Madame Mitt LĂ© Romney, who went on to ban assault rifles in MA.
In the upcoming presidential election, a liberal Democrat (Obama) will actually have a stronger 2nd amendment record than his GOP opponent. Hilarious.
Now I wonder who that mullet-headed, tinfoil-hat wearing nutjob assclown Wayne LePierre will endorse in this peculiar situation?

Reasonable ? No its ****ing stupid when they can just drive a few hundred miles more to states with no reporting requirements.
That's the hook though some of you idiots don't get. First the border states then the rest of the US.
Laughable. You have illegals tending pot farms in the Northern reaches of California's forests about 500 miles from Mexico.
You Brady supporting idiots think the Cartels give a **** about how far they have to drive to get their guns?
Again Liberalism showing its mental disorder status.

Guess you missed the news cycle of the last 30 years.
AIDS!!! Killed more people than all the non-war gun deaths since 1776.
