Why don't you hit the library or google and dig up some data on the topic? Why should anyone here care about what some blogger has to say? I'm guessing if I looked around I could find someone on youtube who thinks that the internet is a big government conspiracy to control everyone's mind. That doesn't make it relevant or threadworthy.

No, when a woman doesn't take a break in her professional career to have babies they do better and get paid more than men.
Women's careers often take a second seat to children and that break in the career accounts for the slightly less pay and achievements (if any) between men and women.
