Why hide behind the confidentiality of the original records if they are identical to what he put out on his website?

Obviously there’s something different in the original records that he doesn’t want to be seen.

The defendant's stooges try to make an end run about the entire court apparatus by appealing to the GA SOS to take the trial away from the judge.

The defendants biggest fear is an honest Judge.

Does this look like a behavior of an innocent person? An innocent person would have come to court and showed all the valid documents with the embossed seals, which are verifiable. Instead he is acting like a 5 year old brat, saying “I am afraid of Orly.
I thought Oily Titz was disbarred in California for filing nuisance lawsuits and wasting the court's time with this BS.

She's only in it for the money. Send her a few bucks so her efforts aren't in vain. There's a good little soldier.

It should be obvious to everyone reading this thread these people cannot prove the defendant is eligible for president in a court of law.

"Obama and his attorney are acting like frightened 5 year olds"

If the memo is any indication, these are some precocious 5 year olds.

what part of Obama can't force hawaii to violate its own laws do you not understand?

In birther world: If a hacker gets your bank information and posts it online for everyone to see, that means the Bank who monitors that account can now open up your bank account to anyone to grab money anytime they please.

That's basically the birther argument.

that's now how the law works. Innocent until proven otherwise.

Its up to the plaintiffs to provide that proof. The defendants only have to do enough to show the plaintiffs arguments are without merit

and already, Jablonski (nor Obama) will not be at this Administrative Hearing (not a trial) on Thursday.
