BREAKING UPDATE – JUDGE SUBPOENAS OBAMA AND MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS | Political Vel Craft

What a truly messed up country that this nutjob judge could do this to a sitting POTUS.[/quote]

The North should never have withdrawn its troops. Obviously, the job wasn't finished

I honestly don't care if people like what you stated or not, could care less. Fact is it is true! Obama from day one, felt as if he had the media on his side at all times. Felt as if he could disregard the orders of the higher court, because he is Obama.

Wrong feel that some people by now, are tired of this nonesense. And feel that the dictator, just needs to go and dictate to his family.

Which "orders of the higher court" has Obama disregarded, and how do you know what he felt?

You use the word "fact" in a manner inconsistent with its meaning.

Remember, in the USA, the people have more power than the KING.

There is a lack of evidence, to prove he is what he says he is.

It is not just Georgia. and the South's bible belt. This is just one of many, that are on the same page and take the Presidency of the USA seriously.

Why should this make a difference in legal matters?

this is not a legal subpoena. it was not directly issued from the judge and the things it requests can not be granted from such a subpoena. these are pre-signed documents that are available to attorneys with cases in the judge's court. the assumption is that a competent attorney will know what can be requested on a subpoena......... obviously they never expected orly taitz.

If you read the rules in Georgia the administrative agency issues subpoenas, signed by the judge but otherwise blank, to the lawyers in the case. The lawyers fill them in and serve them. The judge doesn't look at the subpoena until someone either challenges it or the issuing party complains that it wasn't obeyed. Those subpoenas with Judge Malihi's name that are downloadable are legal. We have those type subpoenas at the courthouse where I live. Also Taitz is not the only attorney. You haven't mentioned the others challenging Obama. Why?

Actually, this thread is a great idea....it keeps all of the "BIRFER" nuts corralled into the same spot so that they aren't popping into other threads with this stupidity.
