Oh, you didn't know.

1) There's actually no such thing as an "affidavit, signed under penalty of perjury." That requires the administration of an oath... and not a single one of Orly's "daffydavits" (as we affectionately call them) has been so administered. Notarizing (which Birthers seem to think is double plus secret good magic) only verifies that the person signing is actually who they say they are. You can notarize anything, even lies.

2) Even were these "experts" allowed to testify under oath, it is not perjury to be stupid and wrong. It is merely being stupid and wrong. I have no doubt that most of them believe what their saying, because they are (after all) not really experts.

3) There actually is only one of Orly's "witnesses" that risks legal penalty. And that would be Linda Jordan for illegally accessing the E-verify system by lying that she was Obama's employer. There would have been another, but Greg Hollister actually realized he had committed identity theft when he impersonated Obama to illegally get a copy of his draft card. So he has refused Orly's invitation to testify.

But Linda should be safe because she'll never actually get to testify. Obama's SSN is irrelevant to his eligibility, so the court will not even allow her on the stand.

Because no court has ever asked him to.

i seriously doubt that it would and you know the answer why, claud. a state issued certified COLB would meet that burden of proof in the court's eyes and that is something you refuse to accept. there is no need from the court to see an "original" birth certificate ( whatever that may be ), college admissions, passport & immigration/naturalization records ( which wouldn't exist because obama was never eligible for indonesian citizenship under indonesian and US law ). if you had a competent attorney handling this you'd know that.

one thing of interest that may come of this is obama having to show evidence of "14 years" of residency. this is a vague term in the POTUS requirements. are the years consecutive or collective? are they the first 14, last 14 or any 14? can it be added up by individual days or are complete years required? what proof is required? for all the birther screaming that they just want "the proper constitutional definition enforced" i've yet to hear a single one weigh in on this requirement ( imo because obama passes it ).
Exactly. Nothing will ever be "proof" enough to those that don't believe Obama is eligible to be POTUS.

How about we let the judge decide what he will accept as proof.
This certainly has the obots in a tizzy, there can only be one reason. They are afraid of being exposes as the liars that they are. When Humptey Odumptey falls, their whole NWO agenda crumbles.

Actually... even the judge does not to get to decide that. The rules of evidence do, and he is bound to follow them.

I always find it fascinating how conservatives so rarely can count higher than one or two. I guess it must hurt their brains to consider anything more complex. But no, claud. In the real universe there actually can be more than one reason for just about anything.

Obots respond to Birthers. If Birthers are in a tizzy, Obots will always join the party. And Birthers have not been in this big a tizzy since Donald Trump said he had investigators in Hawaii, and they "Couldn't believe what they were finding."

We can count on a new Birther tizzy about every six months or so. And we can also count on the results being the same... every single time.

And in a single sentence, claud leaps from insane overconfidence, right through personal insult, and directly into tin foil hat paranoia.

You're a godd*mn prodigy of nature, claud. Did you realize that?

what exactly is your definition of "in a tizzy". i don't believe i'm in a tizzy but, who knows. let us know how you define the term then i can give you the reason for it in my case ( i'm curious to see if there is only one reason ).

Means nothing, a forensic examination would mean something. They are lined up ready to testify.
By the way, an original birth certificate has never been shown because it doesn't exist. An image of a Certification of Live Birth on the internet would be laughed out of any legitimate court proceeding.
