Great googly moogly Canoe! He is unquestionably a citizen! What is in doubt is his country of birth!

All of the Obot arguments being presented on this thread are futile attempts to distract from the undeniable conclusion the defendant is not Constitutionally qualified to be on the Georgia ballot.

Do the Obots expect the defendant to suddenly morph into a natural born Citizen on the 26th? Is this the perpetual inhabitant's defense?

Morphing.

That is the crucial question. Was he born in Kenya or Hawaii. There is evidence of either case. The evidence must be examined for validity to determine the truth.

There's 3 cases before the court. One stipulates the defendant was born in Hawaii.

If it can be proven conclusively that he was born in Hawaii then he is eligible to be President. There must be independent investigation though. The government investigating the government won't find anything.

The defendant cannot get around the Minor NBC definition. Plantiff's attorney Irion will challenge the usual "Obot" assertions from the defendant.

The enormous amount of cash spent on this issue is truly a testament to the U.S. legal system and the level of intelligence it takes to use the legal system (that was sarcasm -- an aside for those who have a satire deficiency)

Canoe -- it doesn't matter where Obama was born. Let's assume for a moment that the birther fantasies are real. Obama's mother is an American. Obama's citizenship transfers through her. She could have given birth to him in Europe and he'd still be an American citizen, or in Mexico and he'd still be an American citizen or in the arctic or antarctic or anywhere in Africa, the Middle East or Asia.

I really wish there were a way for citizens who are continuing to bring this matter to courts to be fined for the cost to the judicial system (a cost the rest of us have to pay, please stop abusing the American taxpayer!)

No there isn't. There's only evidence for one case, which is him being born in Hawaii.

There was no resubmission. You probably will not see one.

Jablonski has written off this judge and may not even show up on Thursday at all.

I feel bad for the people of Georgia. This only reinforces the dumbass hick stereotype.
