The fact they have a bank account should be enough to show you these people have no idea what they are even protesting. Those evil bankers aren't evil enough for me to not give em my money to hold. lol

"Occupy Wall Street—the movement built on protesting corporate greed and income inequality—is running out of money. After raising more than $700,000 last fall, protesters who keep track of money for Occupy Wall Street reported this week that the group has about $170,000 in its bank account. Very few donations are coming in, they said. "If we keep spending at the rate at which we have been doing, we will probably go broke in a month," said Haywood Carey, 28 years old, a member of the movement's accounting group. "

What are they spending it on....................

"There was a receipt for $1,101.07 to purchase herbs for homeopathic medicine as well as a few hundred dollars used to purchase rolling paper and tobacco for the "Nic at Night" cigarette station at the park.
"There were a lot of people who were poor and really wanted a cigarette," Mr. Carey said. "You may not like it, but it was voted on by the General Assembly."

And they are buying thermal sleeping bags and tents for protesters. Maybe that's stopped now since they are running low on funds.

Well what do you expect? The money was being managed by the same idiots who know so little about money management that they were protesting something they didn't understand.

Well, we'll see just how strong this movement is when there is no more money for "stuff".

Well they were voted on by the General Assembly. I wonder if someone misinterpreted the "twinkles" when the vote was taken.

Maybe they should just go and get jobs to replenish the bank accounts, so they can get fired, collect 99 weeks of unemployment, and resume protesting of how unfair it all is.

They are the 99% of the 48% who hate the 52% for not wanting to continue to pay 100% of their way.
