U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and Lanny Breuer, head of the Justice Department's criminal division, were partners for years at a Washington law firm that represented a Who's Who of big banks and other companies at the center of alleged foreclosure fraud, a Reuters inquiry shows.
Reuters reported in December that under Holder and Breuer, the Justice Department hasn't brought any criminal cases against big banks or other companies involved in mortgage servicing, even though copious evidence has surfaced of apparent criminal violations in foreclosure cases.
The evidence, including records from federal and state courts and local clerks' offices around the country, shows widespread forgery, perjury, obstruction of justice, and illegal foreclosures on the homes of thousands of active-duty military personnel.
Sounds like Obama will be announcing, another do nothing promise, to cover his administration, by suddenly, declaring that his administration will go after the banking industry to look for and prosecute any wrong doers for the 2008 financial collapse. I'm sure he won't rest until the guilty are brought to justice, and he will have laser-like focus too.
It won't matter to the Obama sycophants that he did nothing for the first three years, and especially, that he did NOTHING to bring people to justice, when his party controlled EVERYTHING for the first two years.
Obama is always looking for someone to demonize, so I will not be surprised if this is some new worthless rant he will go on.
Says the msm...."Move along folks, there's nothing to see here...look, over there, Mitt Romney isn't showing his tax returns!"
obama has the cloak of an ever present love struck media to cover him.
