The celebration of Christmas and anything to do with that celebration would be idolatrous as the worship of Jesus of Nazareth violates the 2nd Mitvah (Commandment) prohibiting the worship of other than the one, true and indivisible G-d, and a Jew is permitted to commit suicide, otherwise a sin, rather than commit idolatry.
Ok. But a lot of self proclaimed jewish folks celebrate the commercial aspect of christmas.
Anyways, there's hardly any Jewish people in the US. Less than 2% of the population.
PS: My gf is Jewish. She celebrates Hanukkah, but still exchanges holiday gifts since most of her friends are Christians, naturally.

You're kidding with this crap right? Good grief yes only Christians are shopping on black Friday.
We all know that the demographics of who shop on black friday are not divided by religion. But black friday exists for Christmas gift (and christmas accessory) shopping.

Just like there are bad Christians (aka non-observant Christians), Jews are no different. They've bought into commercialism lock, stock, and barrel just like everyone else. Not all, no, but a whole hell of a lot of them have.

By their behavior they have separated themselves from the Jewish people and may no longer be considered to be Jews.
