The gitmo episode is bad enough. In my opinion, anyone who threatens the life of even one American does not deserve American fair trials. Why do we insist on fair trials for people that want us dead?

Yeah um it doesn't guarantee those American rights to non Americans...... ??? If it did there would be no need for immigration laws???

Did Timothy McVeigh deserve a trial?

My understanding is that the bill of rights applies to anyone in the USA. Immigration laws don't trump the bill of rights

Mcveigh was a citizen and was punished as a citizen. Im talking about the guys who would love to decapitate you and send your wife your head
