I wonder if Obama ever pre-reads what his teleprompter will show him to say. I agree that he didn't know much about some of the things he said but Gingrich points out the very points on a subject or two that sounded too much like what he says when he says that Obama didn't know what he was talking about.

I will suggest that you read the link where the English may be easier for you to understand. Speaking English and reading it aren't really so far removed in understanding anything. Nice try at deflection, now read the suggested reading.
