I wonder if this kind of thing will ever ease up since they have the high profile ones at the colleges. It will get very bad if not.
I taught with a man who turned out to be one of those molesters back in the late 70s and they just fired him and he went to another school where people liked him every bit as much as they did here. However, he was accused of the same thing there and run out of town again. I liked the man enough that I am sure glad it wasn't today when it happened to him.

I'm sick of this stuff. Seriously, there needs to be harsher punishment for child abuse. Of course, everyone is innocent until proven guilty, but the thought of it makes me pissed.
Sad but not as uncommon as we would like. Yet to be discovered pedophiles place themselves into careers and volunteer work that puts them in close contact with children. Teach your children well. You have to be present, not absent when they are in the care of other adults.
