From what I read on their website besides taking care of the stuff from chemtrails this orgone blaster also takes care of ELF from cell towers and EVIL...
Not sure what this is supposed to prove. The question at hand is whether or not "chemtrails" (persistent contrails) are a part of some clandestine weather/climate modification program. The above referenced letter doesn't address that question. In fact, it doesn't even support the idea that such modification activities are currently (as of the time of its writing) taking place.

Hang on just a second there, Don. I never said that weather modification doesn't exist. There are a lot of ways in which it's done - cloud seeding is the most common form.
This thread is SPECIFICALLY about "chemtrails," hence the thread title...
Please don't make assumptions about what I think or believe. We're discussing persistent contrails in this thread, and only persistent contrails. If you want to talk about weather modification as it exists in its many forms, start a new thread. In the mean time, I'm going to stick to the topic in this one, and I suggest you do the same.
