Darn shame you caring folks were not around to cremate the nitwit via the Kumbaya Campfire..
What the shame really is, is that you just tried to stuff me into a pigeonhole that I certainly dont fit into.
The ability to empathize with someone does not equal screaming liberal, no matter what you might personally think.
about as reasonable as you mourning for him like he was a member of your immediate family...
he was a TV schlepp - big Society contributor indeed.
Yeah, shame for me and the rest of us for caring about another human being. This is the reason I try not to come to this board. Human empathy and compassion are restricted and anyone who tries to show any will be shot down by the angry talking heads like yourself.
Apparently some just think they are above caring. They think it is weakness but in reality it is strength. A sense of caring actually makes us human. For taking all emotion away leaves an empty shell as if cold and heartless .
One must guard their heart to not become so uncaring they turn into an ignorant hateful entity that criticized any person who has compassion for another human being.
The story indicates that his condo bldg established a "no pitbull" rule that didn't apply to current owners. It seems he was still harassed and he chose to euthanize his dog as a result. He then felt so much guilt that he committed suicide.
Seems a bit extreme and not well thought out on many levels.

#2-Why not give the dog to someone temporarily?
This seems to speak to the irresponsibility and weird mental state of some pitbull owners.
He already had some emotional issues with depression and despondent over lack of work.
Fact remains - this man should NOT have been BULLIED and HARRASSED into putting his dog down.
We need to end DOG BREED BIAS!
says that the mgmt company asked him to either move or euthanize the dog. Not sure why it's anyone else's fault that the guy chose to do the COMPLETELY wrong thing.
Because he was being bullied and harrassed. Same reason kids commit suicide after being bullied.
Actors are all flakes that make irrational decisions.
This is a horrible assumption and generalization!
