I am in no position to judge her competency. In fact, I'd never heard of her before this issue came up here in a related (now closed?) thread. BTW, why was that thread closed? In any case, I am glad that someone is actively pursuing this question in order to get it resolved once and for all, if that is possible.

orly came onto the birther scene relatively early and quickly became the most visible face of the movement thru her own actions. orly is responsible for adding the SS# myths to the birther repertoire ( CO resident, born in 1890.....).

but it will never be resolved to the satisfaction of all. and the resolution you seek bedishi, that the state issued COLB be disregarded and an independent investigation/inspection be conducted, is a violation of the US constitution.
Never saw this person before so I can't make a judgement. However, isn't it also likely that some sitting judges are afraid to take this case for fear of political retribution from the White House and the Democratic party?
No, because it's a stupid lawsuit which takes up the courts time.
orly has sent a long rant to the georgia SOS accusing the judge of acting against the law in last week's hearing. this isn't surprising for orly but....... it goes against the wishes of the person she's supposed to be representing.
If she truly is not competent then why has she not been disbarred, yet? Not like she needs the money since she is a dentist, also.
I do know one thing about her and that is that she is a most-patriotic citizen and having grown up under a communist regime, she is more likely to recognize it here than most of us are. She's fighting for a most worthy cause. Never mind the birth certificate, and I mean the real, old, about-to-all-apart thing. There are legitimate questions about his SS number and his registration for a potential draft.
We need more like Orly, not less but we have a void of folks with eyes to see what is in our oval office. She sees, without question and she sees clearly.

excellent question. she's gone against the wishes of her clients, has bungled every case she's been a part of, committed multiple ethics violations and has been sanctioned by the court ( and probably will again ). so i'm also curious what exactly does it take for the california bar association to disbar someone.
