Per usual:

The republicans HATE the fact that Chrysler is doing well.

Those same republicans would be shouting praises from the rooftops if a republican was currently president.

I'm convinced they are doing everything possible in congress to prevent this country from getting out of the recession while a democrat is president.

Shows how much they really care about the country and it's citizens.

It sure does seem that way.
They are positively giddy when posting news about poor sales for the Chevy Volt or some such, but, news that reports something that actually benefits their fellow Americans, not so much.

Hilarious!

Who here even realizes why a company named Chrysler hadn't previously reported a net income since 1997?

Spoiler
Because Daimler Benz took over Chrysler in 1998 in their supposed merger of equals. In the first half of the 2000's the Daimler/Benz side of Daimler Chrysler actually used the healthy profits from the Chrysler North American market to paper over Daimler's horrible losses in Europe.

Daimler pretty much used Chrysler profits and cash to save it's own ass, then jettisoned Chrysler after the looting was finished. Before the "merger", I believe that Chrysler was holding around $40 billion in cash and cash equivalents - by the time Daimler paid Cerebus to take Chrysler, all that money had been moved to Europe.

Exactly. The right wingers hate fellow americans and american companies, unless they are "approved" to like them from their right wing propaganda ministers.

They did churn out some decent looking cars in the past couple of years. The 300, Challenger and Charger are all over the streets and highways of Las Vegas and Cali. Can't say anything good about the 200 though. What were they thinking?

Everything I posted is completely accurate. When have you ever seen a thread or post made by a right wing person on this forum congratulating Obama for saving GM, Chrysler and the countless jobs?

Ford is the one that became profitable while still paying off their debt.

Haha, everything you post is completely WRONG.. Bush bailed out the auto industry well before Obama was sworn into office..

If you ever got 1 thing right, I wouldnt know what to think.
