"Our senses have been numbed to such a degree that I'm not sure that a compass even exists anymore."

I would like to think that we once, as a society did have a collective, Moral Compass. All I am positive of is that we individuals have an inner-compass which is our conscience. I am convinced we were each born with one but that the traumas and headgames that others laid on us as we grew destroyed it in various degrees.

True, but given the damn choices on regular programming, what else is on?

Is this what this is about? I must really be bored to want to know. But... a couple of things jump out... the low likelihood of the 'substance' actually being donkey sperm and/or the low likelihood of being able to collect enough of said sperm humanely to result in a segment worth taping. Maybe that's why it was cancelled? As far as the outrage... women have swallowed since there have been men to swallow. Cross species. Women do much worse things every day for a lot less than 50K. Come on. Let's grow up a little.

While we're on the subject of a moral compass, let's raft the chunky ugly barfly Kardashians out into the floating garbage pile in the middle of the Pacific and let them do a show from THERE. In front of a fake camera. It'd be months before they figure out the camera was fake. The world would be a better place.

What is wrong with us????

Let's not mention the fact that this horrific stunt was even offered up as a task, in the first place......

But the fact that these two girls saw nothing wrong with what they did and were not ASHAMED in the least, speaks volumes about this perverted culture we live in!!

They we DISAPPOINTED that it would not be aired???

Disappointed????

Our senses have been numbed to such a degree that I'm not sure that a compass even exists anymore.

I fear for the world my small children will have to grow up in.
This is the kind of disgusting crap you would not even expect from a cheap porno movie.

Horses produce gallons of sperm in a single shot.

Fear factor has had people eat penis, and testicles, etc.

Sperm is nothing new. I'd rather drink sperm then bile, and they've done that also.

How about preachers on Sunday morning TV telling people they are going to burn in hell?

Some people moral compass says not to drink alcohol. Should we all follow that? Maybe we should outlaw more then two hours of television a week.

You can't regulate these things, and there is no moral compass. Its an individual choice.

Welcome to these United States. We are supposed to be a free country, and freedom means you are free to do stupid things, if you aren't hurting anyone.

No, this has absolutely NOTHING to do with Casey Anthony.

Did you read my post? I said "If you aren't hurting anyone"

I think putting duct tape over your daughters mouth and driving with her in your trunk until she is dead counts as hurting people.

If a grown man or woman wants to drink donkey sperm for money, its none of yours, mine, or anyone elses damned business.

Don't like it, don't do it.

Maybe we should outlaw alcohol, or two hours of TV per day? Thats moral to some people.

I don't like people lying to me, but I don't expect them to go to jail if they do.
So why don't you like it?
Secondly.....
BUT WHOA, PARTNER!! WHAT RIGHT DO YOU HAVE TO EVEN SET THAT TYPE OF STANDARD?? "If you aren't hurting anyone??" Well what if I think it's okay to hurt others to get my way??? I may think that's perfectly okay!!

Ethical, moral, and social issues are beginning to dominate the headlines of major newspapers and the front covers of leading magazines. Unfortunately many today seem to assume that rationality and logic have no place in discussions of moral issues, and that there is no way such questions can be answered. Many assume that we are simply stuck with our opinions, and that all opinions are relative having no basis in any objective or unchanging moral values. Should all values and opinions be accorded equal moral weight?
