War is what America does...They really have not found a get rich scheme or a stay rich scheme for the rich that works better...so it will be buisness as usual - and people mostly from poor families will enlist and be maimed and or die - and foolishly beleve that they are making the world a better place - when in fact they are making a few people rich..who do NOT respect the military - they just use it.

Among the GOP base, there is constant harping about somebody else, some "other," who is deliberately, assiduously and with malice aforethought subverting the Good, the True and the Beautiful: Subversives. Commies. Socialists. *******s. Secular humanists. Blacks. ****. Feminazis. The list may change with the political needs of the moment, but they always seem to need a scapegoat to hate and fear.

Exactly - It is the stimulation of hate and fear that moblize a stupid population...Look at what the Nazi did - they insisted that they were superiour and all others did not deserve to live - and plundering them was a good thing...be it the Jews - Gypsies - gays - mentally limited - the generally weak..Slavonics - blacks - what ever!
You have to have a fear hate object to get the population to do your bidding - now the Muslim is the new Jew.....There is not much difference between what is happening now and what took place historically - the ideas are the same but the colors and the players are different - but it's the same crap - YOU would imagine that those in control would find a better way to rule..
Bush and now Obama are and were light weights - with no real intelligence or imagination - they always refere to the playbook..."when you are to stupid to run a nation and keep an economy going - resort to war" - It's so damned old fashioned - but who said we elect our finest and brightest?
