A reasonable decision. If the church truly wants separation from the state, that should include aid to the the hopsital to care for the uninsured, and they should pay PILOT to cover the costs of essential services to them. Quite frankly, the church, mostly the RCC, is hypocritical..they want Uncle Sam's money but no rules. That is reprehensible.
