So what?

Cass isn't on the Supreme Court. What does Cass have to do with your thread?

Progs love the American Constitution.

That doesn't preclude being able to read, comprehend AND admire the Constitutions of other countries.

Your reasoning is that if your favorite vegetable is potatoes, you have to hate all other vegetables and vocally put them down. That's very poor reasoning.

I pointed out what he has to do with the thread way back.

If progs love the constitution so much why do they allow their leader the great orator urinate on it every chance he gets?

No, you didn't. You just introduced him into the thread, and then implied that Justice Ginsburg was a Communist.

Cass Sunstein has nothing to do with the Supreme Court, and ergo, nothing to do with this thread. The fact that his name works as a red flag for some conservatives is not justification for waving that red flag to get people to support your argument.

I think you are the one who urinates on it every chance you get. Because you don't understand the Bill of Rights and how it's a bulwark against mob mentality. You WANT to run roughshod over people who disagree with you, and try to do so by using the "majority" argument, but the Constitution protects the "minority" against the "majority", and that is terribly frustrating for you.

I couldn't care less where you live.

But if you are going to make assertions about people, for instance, asserting that Ginsburg is a communist, then you should be prepared to provide some substantiation for that assertion. So far you haven't. All you've done is waved a red flag in the form of using Cass Sunstein's name.

Provide some substantiation for your assertion regarding Ginsburg.

Or have your argument thoroughly rebutted. Which is what is happening on this thread. Because you have nothing substantive to use against Ginsburg.

You don't like the way she thinks. Too bad.

There is a vast difference in "enforcing" laws as a police officer, and interpreting existing law as a Supreme Court Justice.

This anti-American TROLL's comments ought to be enough to have her socialist ugly rear end tossed off the court.
