No, it doesn't. The 14th ammendment:

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Sorry, but no mention of privacy. It is an "implied" right.

The so-called right to privacy hinges on privacy being a "liberty" per the 14th ammendment. Since the 14th does not enumerate the liberties, you can essentially claim it applies to anything you want.

Liberals are funny. They want to say the 14th guarantees a right to privacy, when privacy is never mentioned. At the same time they want to say the 2nd does not protect gun ownership despite the fact that it specifically states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms should not be infringed". They announce on national television that the individual mandate in Obamacare is in no way a tax, then take it to the Supreme Court claiming it is legal precisely because it is a tax. And while the 14th protects your right to get an abortion, it apparently doesn't protect your right to eat salt in New York City. Essentially, it is a case of whatever is convenient for their ideology, that's what the constitution says.

As you probably saw, abortion is now compared to slavery, oh my!!!

At least they were set free, the fetus is just discard in the trash, because some women, use abortion as a form of birth control. The left has come along way, with human rights.

women do not rely on abortion for their BC. you think individual women have 20 or more abortions in their lifetimes?

Babies are pretty unable to live on their own for several years really. Many disabled can't live on their own. Shall it be legal to murder those people too?

Funny how people trot this argument out for abortion, but when it comes to them wanting to force everyone to pay higher taxes to support the social programs they want then that "if you want it, you handle it yourself" argument magically disappears.
