The only one that was succesful without huge loss of American iives and money was Lybia where we went in as a part of NATO and didn't try to be the World's overlords.

1) The International Criminal Court......... The ICC came into being on the 1st July 2002. Does Dick not know that the ICCis already created???? sounds like it's news to him. It is a permanent tribunal to prosecute individuals for genocide,crimes against humanity , war crimes,, and the crime of aggression (although it cannot currently and will in no way before 2017 be able to exercise jurisdiction over the crime of aggression.... Is Dicky Boy afraid that America will be the Country of Aggression and the ICC will only come after us?
2) The Law of the Sea Treaty has been evolving over many many years. Again Dick is trying to say that this is some kind of new treaty designed by Obama when in fact it was adopted in 1982.
Notwithstanding concerns raised about the Law of the Sea Treaty - and there have been many - the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee recommended U.S. accession to the treaty in a unanimous vote in March 2004. Obama had nothing to do with this as implied by Dick. There are in additional to the economic provisions, the treaty also establishes specific jurisdictional limits on the ocean area that countries may claim, including a 12-mile territorial sea limit and a 200-mile exclusive economic zone limit. No one is going to be taking any profits from off shore drilling as the treaty is talking about deep sea beds outside individual Countries sea bounderies.
3) Small arms gun Control................ My God........ cracking down on the international exporting of guns by gun runners and individuals is now a bad thing????????????????
This Treaty is to control illicit international sales of small arms.. NOT internal sales of small arms.
All that Dick and his chums have to offer about the small arms gun control is the "what if" theory.....
"what if we woke up one morning and a law has been passed to ban the sale of guns" or "what if we wake up one morning and a treaty has been signed to make all citizens take their guns to a local gun collection centre" ............. well what if " the illegal guns being sold abroad get into the hands of multi terrorist groups who then use them to kill american's abroad".... our guns killing our people. This is what the small arms treaty is trying to stop NOT internal gun ownership.......... Keep to facts Dick NOT "what if's". As Dick himself says...... the problem is Govt's exporting small arms NOT individuals.... sorry Dick but International gun runners ARE individuals and they are the ones that this law will apply to NOT law abiding gun owners here in the USA............ 4) The Rights of Children. Oh Dicky Boy are you not in today's real World or do you live in the days were Children had no rights or protection and went up chimneys or down coal mines etc etc etc.
We see how Children around the World are abused daily. Extremely young Children are made to work for 'peanuts" so that huge corporations can earn bigger and bigger profits. Children are kidnapped and used in sex slave markets, yes Dick to and from the USA too.

You must have a problem comprehending the video. Dick did not say Obama had a part in the creation of these groups or organizations. He said Obama is about to commit the United States of America to these four treaties that are pending.
