Americans have made monumental changes in their lives since that Tuesday morning.

Nobody's going to forcibly implant anybody with chips. Least of all the government.

I swear, sometimes it's like high school in here.

Only reason I think we might need laws like this are what has happen with credit reports.

Once a tool used for those looking to be lent money, is now used to prove trustworthiness as a employee.

If a trend like this started with RF chips only laws would be able to stop it.

Those are forced changes, you either comply or you don't fly. Many will reject any kind of implant. There are many different views on a RFID chip...
time will tell how it plays out.

Forced changes...would you fly on an airline that suddenly doesn't check baggage or run people through metal detectors? Would you be willing to fly from Islamabad or Athens with no checks?

If there was a major attack on this country the government wouldn't have to insist on anything, people would demand implants.

Look at the attacks on smokers, on the food industry...we willingly give up our freedoms in many small ways.

Then you need to explain that to Memphis1979

Well then, you should thank God that a Liberal introduced the legislation to block tagging!

Do members of the Congress and Senate take drug test? Do they have GPS tracking devices on their cars?

One problem is anyone with an IR reader within 30 ft of you will have any information that is on the RFID. Now what is it you would like the public to know about you.

I believe it's mandatory on passports now and the Fed also mandated the states to do driver licenses but didn't fund the states. The states made a stink about no money so they postphoned it.

FWIW..do not try to microwave to disable chip..chip explodes and your document is void
Instead..just bang it a few times with a sledgehammer
