Appears another Half-a-Billion Dollars in tax payer supported green loans is about to go down the drain. Man, this administration knows how to jump start the economy.

Al Gore's American, err Finnish electric car company, Fisker, has laid off workers at its 'future' American plant, stopping work, and now wants to 'renegotiate its Energy Department loan. All is not lost, only
$193B has been 'loaned' so far. This administration may be slow learners, but four more years and we'll have a bunch of geniuses.
READ 'EM AND WEEP
"The Energy Department's loan programs have drawn congressional scrutiny since the bankruptcy of Fremont solar-panel maker Solyndra, a loan-guarantee recipient, in September. Beacon Power, an energy-storage company, and Ener1 Inc., a supplier of batteries for electric cars, both filed for bankruptcy after receiving Energy Department aid."

Realistically, how many people would want to buy or could afford a "gadget" for $102,000? What would the cheaper version run $90,000?

Don't vote for Obama then if you don't like it and feel like it's his fault. (shoulder shrug)

Isn't it interesting that every one of the bad green loans involved political cronyism by the Obama adminstration. The entirety of the Stimulus 1 was political payback.

We saved union - major supporters to Obama-Biden 2008 - teacher and public safety jobs by throwing money at states and municipalities, which due to low tax revenues, had to cut jobs a year later anyway, .

We loaned, for a known bad investment, then put repayment of said green loans first, to a bundler of the Obama 2008 campaign before, taxpayer repayment.

Now, Al "I'm a Democrat and sort of green", Gore, and his American, but really Finnish car company. I'd say this is an inconvenient truth, Al.

Anyone see a pattern of corruption, incompetence and cronyism?

Change we can believe in. Yeah, right.

These companies are too far along in product development to have started under the current administration. I'll bet these are all payments to the Republican theft squad operating under the Bushman.

Please research before posting an opinion that is factually incorrect. All loan guarantees were done under the Obama Admin. Well covered in the media, for months.
