Being the Giants won maybe people are just waiting for Obama to declare victory. Oh, wait we didn't win we just quit.

Our military deserve any praise laid on them.

Considering the thousands of "tributes to the troops" that have taken place over the last 10 years I don't think that a ticker-tape parade is all that damned important.
