Well, hear in Canada we have a government that is a GOP wet dream. Reduce taxes, cut back on government, reign in on social spending, reduce and eliminate the deficit and many other far right wing ideas. Canada has enjoyed a relative financial stability over the recession and it is now very apparent why. The policies of the previous liberal administration.

Well, the Cons ideas have run out of steam and we no longer lead the G7 in growth. We have ben overtaken by that "Communist in chief" in the white house Barak Obama. Yes my American friends of the right persuasion, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the USA is now the fastest growing economy in the G7. Just how it is that this so called economy destroying, socialist, job destroying, confidence destroying administration has beaten the hard right boys in Ottawa is beyond all belief. I want y'all to keep this information under your hats because if those nasty Anti American democrats ever get hold of it, you never know what kind of nefarious purpose they could make of it.. SHHHHH.........

Yeah, we're just burning them up. The fact of the matter is what canada does is sell us most of your raw materials. If we do well, you do well.

There is nothing wrong with canada spending it's monies......appropriately. I just wish the us would.

WASHINGTON — The Federal Reserve significantly reduced its forecast of economic growth through 2013, acknowledging that it had once again overestimated the nation’s recovery from the 2008 financial crisis.

Despite the bleak forecast, however, the Fed said that its policy-making committee had decided against taking new measures to stimulate growth at a two-day meeting that concluded Wednesday. The Fed’s chairman, Ben S. Bernanke, said that the central bank already was pushing hard to spur growth and create jobs......

BRIC is wiping up the floor with already industrialized economies. There's not even a remote comparison.

If I earn 1 penny today, and 2 pennies tomorrow, i've grown my wealth by 200%. But at the end of the day, I still only have 3 cents.

In other words, there's no other way to go but up when you're at rock bottom. Percentage growth from rock bottom is not alot to be celebrating from my perspective.
