Good night.
Nice try, but for the third or 4th time on this thread, I'm a flippin' atheist. I'd be just as willing to question Christianity if there were a mob of 20,000 (no longer just 10,000 per the latest article) calling for the murder of a man that tweets about questioning his faith. Or if a "Christian" court had the power to sentence him to death for doing so. Don't get me wrong, there are some crazy Christians out there, just look at that those nuts that protest the soldiers funerals. Just how many of them are there????

That explains it.

OK folks...this is just nuts. Thousands of people are calling for this man's death, simply for expressing an opinion, questioning his own faith.
The answer to your thread header is no, they are not, or at least not ready as they are. They've got lots of work to do on themselves if only toyman would stay out of their way.

Now, if we (as in western civilization) could point out chapter and verse about how their philosophy has created and oil and water incompatibility situation, it might help those good intended muslim theologians concentrate harder on their homework as a people. Getting in pooh flinging contests with them is not in any way useful to either brand of civilization.

The only reason religion ever made it past the 10th Century is because of various punishments, including death threats.
Religion is not compatible with any century after the 10th.

The answers our quite obvious. Do you really need examples when you have people ramming planes in buildings, Cutting peoples heads off on video, suicide bombers blowing theirselves up, even within their own religion, screaming "Alah Akbar" when they do it. Next time a Christian screams "Praise the Lord" before detonating a bomb or flying a plane into a building they will get as much bad press.

The coming war in the Middle East will decide. If the west wins, Islam will no longer be a factor. If the Muslims win the west will no longer be a factor.
People need to realize that we will be in a contest for our own survival.

I guess Carnaval is the ultimate indicator of Islam's openness. I wonder how Muslims in Brazil digest Carnaval, with almost naked women dancing around in certain ways on the streets, people drinking alcohol, singing, being happy... That must be the most un-Islamic scenario imaginable
