(Reuters) - The White House announced plans on Monday to help "Arab Spring" countries swept by revolutions with more than $800 million in economic aid, while maintaining U.S. military aid to Egypt.
If you really like what happened in Egypt, which Obama seems to do, of course this would be money well spent. Maybe the House won't like a few of his requests, though.
Will that pay for enough bombing sorties to take out Assad next? I hear Obama's buddies from AQ are joining forces with the "rebels" just like they did in Libya.
