yep. the appeal of the GA hearing and decision by the SOS. unless they plan on bringing something new to the table...... expect the exact same results.

That's how issues get to the Supreme Court, which has an obligation to rule on Constitutional questions, such as natural born citizen. They appear to be afraid of this executive in the branch, so have chosen to find excuses to avoid doing their duty.
What does that have to do with Arpaio?

not according to the judges in ankeny v daniels.

nope. that's why they cited a SCOTUS decision ( wong kim ark ). if the plaintiff didn't like the decision ...... that would have been the time to appeal to the SCOTUS .
