There is an obesity crisis, and it's not confined to kids. Think of how many overweight people you know, especially those over 35. Government is not the answer, education and healthy lifestyles are.

Megyn Kelly said that the mother asked that her name not be used since she feared retaliation of some kind. How do you report her name without permission? She did tell us about where this took place by saying between two North Carolina cities. I think more people need to join me in never missing Kelly's show.
Speaking of Megyn Kelly, she said yesterday that the people at Media Matters say they all love her segment that she calls Kelly's Court. She is a lawyer and gets other female, mostly, lawyers on for debates about cases. The people at Media Matters have to watch Fox 24/7 since it is their duty to find any little thing they can use against them so they all gathered around for her Court.

It seems like we had little in the way of meat but lots of peas and mashed potatoes along with peanut butter sandwiches made with white bread. My lunches before they started those "wholesome" meals were lettuce sandwiches more often than not. My folks didn't have a pile of money.
This thread is making me hungry and crave a sandwhich.
