Why are the whackadoodles complaining about being "forced" to follow the law as if their religion exempts them, same as those pedo priests who get covered up by the Catholic bigwigs. Catholics here are just being intellectually dishonest in that they claim they want fewer abortions but oppose Obama's rule that would hugely cut down on abortion because more women would have access to birth control
Are you saying that the reason we have so many out of wedlock babies born these days is that too many women couldn't afford to buy pills? If so why do you think that either the Church or insurance companies should buy them for them? I know that that is supposed to be temporary until the can get us to government supplied health care. That is right, isn't it?
In other words if you aren't a Christian or some kind of secularist you aren't going to side with the Catholics? Well now, that is what your words sound like.
There wasn't this much noise about the rampant homosexual pedophilia within the Catholic church. Well Beck says it so it must be more urgent. How many threads on this wedge issue in the past week?
Great questions, PhenomenalAJ, and this EX Roman Catholic is amused at how they have made themselves out as martyrs, when in fact, I have yet to hear them wish to separate themselves from being Tax Exempt. 2,000 years ago, did their leader not say "Give to Ceasar"?
I see that you think that giving to those poor women who can't or just don't buy pills is the same as giving to Caesar. Hmmmmm.
This is not religious in fighting other than from the progs. As far as I am concerned it is standing up for Constitutional rights now instead of waiting till he gets by with this one.
Obama and his communist followers picked the wrong fight.
