Obama, even if he had been a dual citizen IS not A Dual Citizen because he did not take a oath of allegience to Kenya or renounce his citizenship to the USA or register a declaration of his intentions concerning residence in Kenya as prescribed.
QED
You don't know what you are talking about. He was born a dual citizen at birth. His cotton pickin campaign website confirmed it. Read sentence 2 and 3.

"When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

For a better example, Ronald Reagan had no choice about his citizenship. By blood and by place of birth, he was a "natural born" American citizen. No law bestowed his citizenship upon him. His father was an American. His mother was an American. He was born in America. He was a "natural born" American. As a "dual citizen," Barack Obama had choices about his citizenship. His father was a Kenyan. His mother was an American. He was born in America. He was a "native born," 14th Amendment American citizen. He was also a citizen of Kenya and a British subject -- he had choices about being a Brit, an American, a Kenyan or combination. According to the U. S. State department, dual nationals owe allegiance to both the United States and the foreign country. Obama's father British nationality negated natural born Citizenship at Jr's birth.

COMMONWEALTH IMMIGRANTS BILL (Hansard, 27 February 1968)
Not true at all. Your post is totally wrong. It has no bearing on the fact that Barack jr was born a dual citizen at birth.

In the mean time continuing the birther nonsense just makes your cause look foolish and gives normal people more incentive to re elect President Obama.
As for giving away islands? the ones in question were already in Russian territories,Obama never gave them away but merely acknowledged that they were indeed Russian.
Another rightwing tempest in a teapot.
Is there any sky left to fall?..

The Constitution is now "birther nonsense"?

Don't think the Law falls under that definition.

No, the Constitution is just fine. Birthers' interpretation of the Constitution, on the other hand, is complete nonsense.
