I suspect many nonbelievers were either too overwhelmed and switched to the Cartoon Network, or played ostrich and didn't bother to even read the post.
Look ... peer reviewed science is CONSENSUS science. Nothing more.
Geocentric Earth was at one point consensus science, and Galileo was a heretic.
In the age of supercomputers, overwhelming empirical evidence and satellites, you seriously think "consensus" on a scientific theory is as valid 400 years ago as it is today?
Global Warming is for children. The Money it brings is for The Big Boys.
