I just gave you one example. Another was included in his jobs creation bill that the GOP also shot down. I agree, I suggest you become informed. All the GOP wants to do is spend like manics like we saw with them holding the nation hostage to force through their 858 billion in new spending to continue the disastrous Bush tax cuts for the rich.
McConnell was playing games and forced through a vote on the budget bill that was still in debates. The dem's didn't give him an inch and all voted against it. The D's returned the favor by bringing up a vote for the tea party Ryan budget bill in which the GOP shot down their own bill. Many lulz were to be had
Also try again, the S&P themselves said the credit was downgraded because of the GOP and especially the tea party's refusing to cut even a dime of their own spending. This was another perfect example of the dems bending over backwards for the GOP, but the GOP would rather act like a bunch of babies to defend the rich at all costs, and say to hell with the country.

I was thinking the same about the right wing goons. They are so programmed with bogus facts from fox and other extreme right propaganda outlets, they have lost the ability to acknowledge or understand even the most simple of facts.
Here is a fact. The deficit and nat debt is going up not down. What is being proposed??? More spending. I don't want to even talk about unfunded liabilities on the books right now. That number is mind boggling in the least. Obama has done nothing to reign in spending at all. Staus quo is not working. The can will only be able to be kicked down the road for so long until it's kicked off a cliff.

And our problem is still not the tax cuts, but the spending regardless of how you believe it. We don't have a revenue problem right now and that has been proven time and time again. So that must mean we have a spending problem!!!

I think he wants to spend us into oblivion so we are forced to become a full blown socialist society to justify furture massive taxes and reductions in living conditions in the United States. He wants $6 a gallon gas he already said.

I really do wonder about that at times. It's easy to dismiss the useful idiots of the left who really believe the leftist rhetoric. But when it comes to Obama you have to wonder what the motives are.
The guy's insulted the UK and Israel, our closes allies, and negotiates with states that openly despise America. His Justice Department sues Arizona for trying to control illegal immigration while they send guns to the drug cartels. He praises the rebels in Egypt and helps the ones in Libya, and now both are run by radical Islamists. He waits for the oil spill to devastate the Gulf Coast before he does anything about it. He denies domestic drilling even as oil prices skyrocket. He spends trilllions when his own advisory board tells him stop. He only makes token efforts to stop Iran from getting nukes.
At some point it starts to strain credibility to believe that he is acting in the best interests of our country.

I know it's hard for the right to understand basic reading fundamentals, but Obama proposed HUGE cuts such as with medicare, medicaid and other social programs, but we also need the revenues to return to how they were under the Clinton admin when we were paying down the debt. You have to do BOTH. Obama and the dems know this, the right wing trolls refuse. The #2 reason next to the insane war spending was the Bush tax cuts for the rich that got us into this mess in the first place. You don't cut revenues and then spend like maniacs at the same time, only an idiot would do that, and those idiots are the GOP.
