I was disappointed when I saw him rate people's faith. I do not believe his father is happy to see his son get into political mud slinging.

All of this talk about the religion of a candidate seeking election for public office makes me uncomfortable and perturbed. A politician's religious preferences have nothing to do with his or her qualification to serve.
Do we now have a new paradigm called "religious correctness"????
Does someone running for political office need to pass some kind of religious test?
Who cares if Romney is a Mormon or Santorum is Roman Catholic ... does that disqualify them? What about a candidate's other credentials: education, experience, public service, political philosophy, positions on specific issues?
A person's religious faith or lack thereof speaks to character issues and is entirely relevant in making a voting decision.

The man has a record of supporting partial birth abortion, stripped away a relgious exemption that has stood since the founding of our nation in an attempt to court feminist voters, and used Jesus's name to justify tax increases. Gingrich has acknowledges his sins and said he has asked for forgiveness. That is good fruit.
santorum as far as I hear what he says is telling the truth . Some people have a hard time with the truth of man's imperfect ways .
