Default Those dangerous pot heads....

WASHINGTON, DC -- Nearly 60,000 marijuana offenders are incarcerated in the United States at any given time, according to a study published in the Federation of American Scientists' "Drug Policy Analysis Bulletin." More than a quarter of marijuana offenders are incarcerated for personal possession, with no other drugs involved in the offense.

The total cost to taxpayers of marijuana-related incarceration exceeds $1.2 billion per year, according to the study. "The latest figures cast serious doubt on the argument that marijuana incarceration costs are low enough to be ignored," the study concluded.

IMHO a child molestor is the lowest form of life on this planet...according to the old men around here, back in "the day" when communities were their own thing, usually the cm would be found in the woods next hunting season with a bullet behind his ear...I'd say that kept it in check pretty well compared to today.

All too often these nice gestures, by judges who let these creeps off or only given a short amount of time served.

Only lead to more innocent victims becoming a victim of rape.
If a sexual predator, has raped twice, chances are he will rape again and again, for that power struggle. Rape is all about power and to instill fear into the victim.
