I would suggest that our terrorist problem is not primarily in Afghanistan, Iraq, or Iran: our terrorist problem is in the United States. The endless bloodshed of middle-eastern wars would be largely unnecessary if we had the courage to deal with Islam here at home.

The following constitutional amendment (see: Disinviting Islam) might be a good start:

“Islamic organizations and their individual members, regardless of their assumed names, whose object or purpose is to replace the Government of the United States, or the government of any State, Territory, District, or possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, with a system of Islamic law - as propagated in the Koran and in the Islamic Traditions or Hadiths, and formalized in the Sharia Law - whether by force and violence or by political subversion, are not entitled to any of the rights, privileges, and immunities attendant upon religious bodies created under the jurisdiction of the laws of the United States or any political subdivision thereof; and whatever rights, privileges, and immunities which have heretofore been granted to said party or any subsidiary organization by reason of the laws of the United States or any political subdivision thereof, are hereby terminated. Individuals adhering to a body of religious beliefs that includes jihad and sharia are not entitled, in virtue of such religious membership or belief, to the special protections afforded to religious practice under the laws of the United States or any political subdivision thereof.”

So how's Freedom of Religious Expression and the whole not respecting the establishment of religion thing working out? Oh yeah. It allows muslims to be muslims and allows our government to remain secular.

Problem solved. No need for a bigoted crapshoot of an amendment aimed at a religion that some weenie pants don't like.

Europe, in particular Britain and France, welcomed them with open arms for decades and now are trying everything possible to get them out.

Hey Queen: How's that multiculturalism working out?

That only applies if you follow an "approved" religion, apparently.

Waste of time, and a load of bullsh*t. Just leave this country if you believe in this crap.

How pathetic. We should disenfranchise people by codifying it in our constitution and laws...Adolf Hitler style....based on religion and not their individual actions. Some American you are.

Sickening.

well, since those of the islamic faith believe that theirs is the only true faith and all others need to be crushed, and they are willing to do it, notice the execution of the christian in iran for becoming a christian instead of staying muslim, I dont have a problem with it this kind of amendment.

freedom of religion means expressing tolerance for all religions, not just your own.
