Yep, this article from the New York Times doesn't really seem like what they like to print. I wonder if the woman who wrote it is still working for them or the editor who let it pass him is looking for a job.

It is hard to believe that these people have taken the tax payers the way they have but if the inspector general who is after a lot more Congressional oversight about things like this it may not happen again. I wonder what kind of contracts those people, like Franklin Raines, must have had.
