Isn't the military industrial complex the whole reason for bombing Iran? Corporate welfare to simulate production of bonds?

Can someone explain what the leadership of Iran has done to invoke a war? Why the saber rattling, the latest US intell report say that Iran isn't working on a nuke?

Let's not forget what's causing the Iranian "crisis": Israel.

Lest we forget, we're not talking about war with Iran in the direct sense; the speculation about conflict with Iran is in direct response to threats, implied or otherwise, made by Israel that they will take preemptive action if necessary to take out Iran's reactor, probably thinking they can relive their glory days when they took out the Osirak (Iraq) reactor in 1981. Israel insists that they and they alone have nuclear weapons. Iran can't even have nuclear fuel, according to Israel - not even if it allows inspectors. Yet Israel doesn't sign international agreements so it can do as it pleases.

American politicians of course are slave to Zionist political influences. They bankroll elections and have positions of influence on Wall St. and K Street. I hope Americans will remember that when they pay $10/gallon for gas they're paying to defend whatever Israel deems necessary to expand its settlements, er, um, "defend its right to exist," I mean.

And no, I have no problem with Jews or Judaism per se. No more than I have with any other religion. But I do have a problem with religion influencing politics, and that's especially true when it's to defend a religious state that isn't even our own territory and doesn't even serve our own direct national security or economic interests.

I also support Israel's right to exist, but not to do whatever the hell they please and to hide behind the U.S. whenever international opinion sours.
